7. start running outdoors, track my runs with my nike ipod and aim to be able to run 5km comfortably outdoors.
17.10.09 - started this today. man, running outdoors is tough! i'm okay on a treadmill, but apparently breathing + cold air = hurt. i did about 2km, but that wasn't all running. in fact, it was mostly walking. am wondering if the couch - 5km project might be a better way to go...
